Night Witness

Compact lightweight NightWitness monocular is designated for low light observation & photo/video surveillance. It is the most versatile system for law-enforcement and rescue teams, professional photographers, coast guard, etc. Durable water - and corrosion-proof body made from light aluminium and titanium alloys guarantees long trouble-free operation. Replaceable humidity collector filled with desiccant improves its reliability substantially.

NightWitness is distinguished by its handy modular design along with an intelligent control system. It can be supplied in two versions as 1.25x and 5x scope. In addition, it can be equipped with wide variety of accessories like interchangeable professional lenses including Sigma, Canon, Nikon and other brands, and professional optical adapters for coupling with CCTV, photo and video cameras.

Unique high-light cut off circuitry protects the image intensifier tube. 'Intellegent' TTL sensor measures an illumination level directly on photocathode surface and shuts the power off better than autogating mechanism of the most expensive image intensifier tubes.
Advanced indication system in the field of view facilitates the night scope operation essentially with four color LEDs.

Built-in IR LED allows close range covert observation in total darkness. Handy 3-position rotary switch prevents involuntary IR illumination activation. External high-intensity IR-laser illuminator is available as an option.

The system contains special protection circuit to prevent rechargeable cell over-discharging. If necessary the device can be powered from remote source 3.5 … 15 V (car lighter socket or similar).
